El dia se ha levantado frio y amenazando lluvia pero al final no fue asi y tuvimos un buen viento durante las dos pruebas del dia.
La 1º manga con viento de 7 a 10 knots y la 2º prueba subió hasta los 12/14 knots. Perfectas condiciones para disfrutar de este deporte.Yo he tenido un gran día,de esos que tenia en un pasado no muy lejano pero que para mi era ya hace décadas,je,je.
Un 1º y un 2º pero lo mas importante disfrutando del tiempo en el mar me hacen volver a tierra con dolor muscular por el esfuerzo pero con la sonrisa de que todo el trabajo en el gimnasio da sus frutos.
Mañana vuelve el poco viento y hay que seguir peleando.

We woke up this morning to a very cold and rainy day but things cleared up quickly and we had excellent wind for today’s two races. The first race with 7-12 knots and the second race the wind increased to 12-14 knots, perfect conditions for our sport. I had a good day, a day like I used to have a long time ago (it feels like a decade ago hehe!) finishing with a 1st and 2nd. But the most important thing is that I truly enjoyed my time out on the water and came in with very sore muscles but with a big smile on my face. All the gym work I have been doing is finally paying off.
Tomorrow morning light winds are forecasted and I will need to keep fighting.
