Al fin pudimos navegar o mejor dicho competir en Kiel.Dos días de nada de viento y hoy una suave brisa ha sido suficiente para hacer dos pruebas y llegar a las cinco mínimas para el descarte.
Hunter II ha demostrado que es un cazador de mangas y hoy a cazado su tercera manga consecutiva con vientos de 3 a 7 knots.
Muy comodo me siento con este barco nuevo fruto de todo un invierno probando configuraciones y sobre todo metiendo muchas horas.
En la segunda manga una mala salida nos relego a la cola de la flota y solo pudimos ser 19º en una flota de 58 barcos.
Mañana tenemos la medal con 4 puntos de ventaja pero muy apretada por el poco numero de mangas.
A ver si seguimos demostrando esta linea de mejora también en la medal.

Finally we were able to race today in Kiel after spending two days on shore waiting, the light air was a welcome change. I was able to win my third race in a row, it was nice to see that HUNTER II likes both the light and strong breeze. The second race was a bit trickier, I had a bad start and struggled my way through the fleet and finished 19th in a fleet of 58 boats. Tomorrow morning we have the medal race and once again it will be a close affair – with the top five able to win. Thanks for all your messages of support.
